Formed Garen is the Chief of the Zuellni Police Department. He's featured in the anime and light novel series of Chrome Shelled Regios.
Appearance[]
Formed has short brown hair and brown eyes. He's wearing his police uniform. The police uniform is the typical black battle uniform with the police red armband.
Biography[]
As the Head of the City Police-Patrol Section and superior of Naruki in Zuellni, he presides over the management of theft of information and smuggling. He got Naruki to recruit Layfon "Wolfstein" Alseif after he found out the two knew each other.
He seems to be interested in money more than he should be but his intentions to use the money to benefit Zuellni are genuine. In the novel, he seems to have keen eyes. He told Naruki to observe Layfon and said he walks in a path different from his age. He is not a Military Artist and is a Cultivation Course 4th year student.
